Orthodontic Front Office / Treatment Co‑ordinator

Are you a warm, organized and genuinely caring front‑office professional who loves helping people feel welcomed, reassured and well looked after? At SWC Orthodontics, incorporating Orthodontics on St Quentin in Claremont and Orthodontics on Berrigan in Jandakot, we are looking for a warm and friendly Front Office & Treatment Co‑ordinator to join our close‑knit specialist orthodontic team.

About the Role

As a valued member of our team, you will play an essential role in helping each patient feel comfortable, informed and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors.

Responsibilities

- Greeting patients and families with warmth, professionalism and genuine care.
- Responding to enquiries by phone, email and in person with kindness, clarity and confidence.
- Assisting our Specialist Orthodontist with the consultation process.
- Scheduling appointments and helping patients navigate their orthodontic journey.
- Processing payments and supporting daily front‑office administration.
- Preparing treatment documentation, and engaging with patients who are ready to start treatment.
- Working closely with our clinical and administrative teams to ensure each day runs smoothly.

This is a full‑time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm, with the benefit of no late nights and no weekend work.

The role is shared across our Jandakot and Claremont practices on a fortnightly roster.

Ideal Candidate

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A warm and professional manner.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- The ability to work efficiently and prioritise tasks thoughtfully.
- A polished presentation and genuine pride in their role.
- A solid work ethic and a team‑focused attitude.
- At least two years' experience in a dental reception or dental front‑office role.
- Orthodontic experience is welcomed, but not essential.

Essential Requirements

- A current driver's licence and access to a car.
- A National Police Clearance issued within the last three months.
- A current Working with Children Check.
- Permanent residency or a visa with unrestricted working rights in Australia.
