Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to businesses across Australia.
- Introduce services and identify new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads and book appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up prospects.
- Meet daily call and appointment targets.

Requirements

- Previous B2B telemarketing or outbound sales experience.
- Confidence making high‑volume cold calls.
- Excellent communication and objection‑handling skills.
- Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Experience using a CRM is an advantage.
