Import/Export Operator - Sydney | Up to $85,000- $90,000 + Super

Responsibilities

- Check & process documentation
- Monitor cargo availability and status
- Arrange pre‑alerts, arrival notices and outturn reports to clients
- Organise & lodge under‑bond movements
- Collect and handover delivery orders and EDOs
- Finalize invoices to clients and overseas agents and COD collection where required
- Maintain shipment status details
- Be the first point of contact
- Provide support to the team
- Deal with Australian customs and AQIS on a regular basis
- Ensure all bookings received are managed in line with department KPIs




- Ensure all shipments are invoiced on time and in line with department KPIs

Qualifications

- Experience in the relevant industry within Australia
- Industry‑specific Import/Export Operator experience
- Ability to resolve problems effectively and efficiently
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Robust interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external business partners at all levels
- Solid planning and organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple tasks
- Team‑oriented, detail‑focused, willing to learn and see work through to completion
- Knowledge and experience with CargoWise One
- Hard‑working attitude and team player

Additional Requirements
