Role Description

The Sales and Marketing Representative will work on-site in the Greater Melbourne Area in a full‑time capacity, supporting revenue growth and client acquisition for Hypex Consulting. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations, managing follow‑ups, and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients. The representative will collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, promote Hypex solutions, and ensure that marketing activities effectively feed into the sales pipeline. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include communicating Hypex’s value proposition, answering client inquiries, providing high‑quality customer service, and supporting training and onboarding for current clients when needed. The role requires close coordination with internal teams to align sales efforts with product capabilities and overall business strategy.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong communication and customer service skills to effectively engage prospects and clients.
- Candidates should possess proven sales and sales & marketing skills to drive lead conversion and revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess training and presentation skills to support client onboarding and internal knowledge sharing.
- Candidates should possess basic digital literacy and familiarity with CRM systems, marketing tools, and sales analytics platforms.
- Experience in B2B consulting, technology, or software services is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on‑site team environment and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Strong organisational, time management, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Relevant education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
