About the role

- Represent FishNFlips at local events such as school talks, kindy visits, markets, and festivals.
- Share our play‑based learning philosophy and build meaningful connections with families and local businesses.
- Deliver engaging water‑safety education to parents and kids.
- Plan and run community activations like school fetes and shopping‑centre pop‑ups.
- Organise event setups with all the fun props and promotional gear.
- Gather and report on leads and event success with the Chief Flipper (your awesome manager).
- Develop ongoing relationships with kindergartens, schools, and local businesses.




- Seek out sponsorships and collaboration opportunities to keep FishNFlips at the heart of your community.

What we’re looking for

- A Blue Card (working with children check).
- Someone with a big personality and a knack for bringing people together.
- Event‑planning or community‑engagement experience (bonus, not a deal breaker).
- A genuine passion for water safety and making a difference in your community.
