Flourish Australia is looking for a Peer Worker to join our Community Businesses team in North Parramatta. This role is aimed at individuals with lived experience of mental health issues, providing support and guidance in recovery pathways.

The position is part time at 45.6 hours per fortnight, offering an attractive hourly rate of $38.65 to $41.45 plus superannuation and tax-free salary packaging. Responsibilities include holding conversations with service users about recovery and supporting their individual journeys.
