The Optical Dispenser role blends fashion retail with healthcare, offering a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced optometrists and store partners. In this position, you will develop commercial and operational skills while delivering high‑quality eye care.

Responsibilities

- Provide outstanding eye‑care and eyewear styling advice tailored to each patient and potential client.
- Dispense lenses and frames based on the prescription of each patient, as provided by our optometrists.
- Build meaningful and affirming relationships with our patients.
- Encourage repeat visits by offering exceptional service and personalized recommendations.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures every day.

About You

- 1+ year’s experience in the optical industry, or 2+ years of retail sales experience.
- Reliable with previous experience in store opening/closing duties.
- Solid attention to detail and basic mathematical skills.
- A confident, clear and proactive worker with strong communication skills.
- Capable of building trustworthy and respectful relationships with co‑workers and customers alike.
