About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Tender Specialist to join Samsung Electronics Australia on a 6‑month contract. This role will assess marketing and general overhead expenses, oversee the tendering process from researching potential contracts to submitting bids, and manage the procurement tender process to select vendor partners.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Source recent vendors and conduct company searches as per company policy.
- Lead and own the Request for Information and Request for Bidding process, working closely with internal stakeholders.
- Provide guidance to stakeholders on documentation such as Statement of Work, Service Level Agreements, Master Service Agreement and execution process as per internal process.
- Understand the contract obligations and work with internal stakeholders to highlight key milestones and obligations to the organisation.
- Work with internal stakeholders to carry out strategies for approaching the market.
- Carry out commercial evaluation,



risk analysis and lead negotiation with vendors.
- Draft term sheets and special conditions and review internally with related departments.
- Review supplier contracts and evaluate performance on a regular basis.

About You

- At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Well‑developed time management, organisational, communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Solid Excel knowledge.
