We are looking to hire a Project Administrator on permanent full time basis of 40 hours per week. Program Administrator is responsible for management, performance and growth of the existing projects. This role will include to analyse the market and provide new project opportunities to the company under various government energy saving schemes. You will also be responsible to make new applications, modify existing current project applications to suit regulation changes. You will be responsible to analyse data associated with projects undertaken, and reporting on project outcomes to the senior management. You will be also be responsible to liase with other staff, management, suppliers, electricians and clients.
You will be responsible to manage paperwork associated with contracts, programs, projects and services provided. Time to time, this job will require you to visit our offices interstate for client meetings, site inspections, training staff on new regulations/projects. You will be responsible to advise senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions Prior experience as Project Administrator is recommended.
