About The Role
In this hands‑on role, you will be responsible for but are not limited to:
Provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests whilst promoting Canterbury’s values.
Efficiently take orders, upselling products, assisting in meal and beverage preparation, and ensuring quality and presentation standards.
Maintaining cleanliness of all service areas, handling payment transactions accurately, and delivering accurate, friendly and efficient service
Assisting with patron enquiries/requests and providing accurate Club information
About You
Current NSW RSA & RCG Competency Card (essential)
Full working rights in Australia
Demonstrated experience in a customer service role
Be excited at the prospect of working in a fast‑paced setting
Possess the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
Excellent communication skills
Exceptional grooming and presentation
Flexibility to work a 7‑day rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
