As The Registered
Nurse, You Will Assess patients and deliver protected, individualised nursing care
Develop, implement, review and document care plans
Monitor patient progress and respond to clinical changes
Involve and educate patients and carers in care decisions
Coordinate discharge and transitions of care
Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accountability and contribute to quality improvement To find out more, please review the Position Description About You Our ideal candidate will demonstrate: Registration as a Registered Nurse and Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia via AHPR
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build therapeutic relationships with individuals, families, carers and multidisciplinary team
