Your role.
This role reports to the Architectural Draftsperson and works in close conjunction with Construction & Pre-Construction teams. This role is critical in delivering detailed architectural drafting documentation, across medium density and one-off projects. If you're looking for variety, this is the role for you! Daily tasks include, but will not be limited to;_
Oversee external contractors, ensuring documentation is adequately detailed
Documenting the full set of architectural drawings including required construction details and finishes, for an array of build methods, across development and retail projects
Drafting Pre-Construction & Construction variations
Experience in providing relevant sales & marketing plans
Collaborate with all teams, including Sales, in identifying design solutions
Research & ensure compliance with relevant codes and Shires
Liaising with suppliers and consultants such as engineers and developers
Participating in relevant support of pre-construction & construction teams
Ongoing R&D; of products, procedures & detailing
SALARY - $70,000.00 plus superannuation_

ESSENTIAL - Minimum of 3+ years experience in a similar role_
Relevant Drafting qualifications
Experience across multi-unit developments
Experience across kitchen methods desirable
High level understanding of building regulations
ArchiCAD experience
High attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines
Always fosters a positive team culture
Ability to work in a competitive, challenging, and rapid paced workplace
Exceptional problem-solving skills
Comfortable with technology in your day to day workings
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and organisational skills
