This hands-on supervisory role will see you providing leadership, guidance and technical expertise to an established Injection Moulding team.
The company specialises in the manufacture of precision plastic components used in electrical switches, power outlets and data points.
A key focus of this position is coordinating daily production schedules across three shifts while ensuring production targets, quality standards and delivery timelines are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate and troubleshoot injection moulding machines.
Plan and coordinate daily production schedules across multiple shifts.
Supervise, train and mentor production staff.
Drive production efficiency, maximise throughput and minimise downtime.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with manufacturing standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the production area.
Work closely with production, maintenance and quality teams to meet customer delivery requirements.
About You
Proven experience within an injection moulding manufacturing environment.
Previous experience in a leadership, supervisory or team leader capacity.
Strong understanding of machine set-up, processing and troubleshooting.
Ability to coordinate production schedules and manage workflow priorities.
Excellent communication and people management skills.
A proactive approach with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
Ability to motivate and develop team members while maintaining a positive workplace culture.
