We are seeking a skilled and friendly Experienced Medical Receptionist to join our dedicated team at Byford Family Practice in Byford, WA 6122. This is a part-time role, offering a work / life balance and the opportunity to be part of a welcoming and supportive medical practice.
THIS POSITION IS NOT FOR SCHOOL HOURS. You must be available to cover shifts between 7.45am-5.45pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 1pm-5pm (Rotating Roster)
What you'll be doing
1. You will be the forefront of our business, and it is expected that you greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Scheduling appointments and managing the practice's appointment calendar
3. Providing exceptional patient support and addressing patient inquiries not just by phone but by email as well.
4. Maintaining accurate data entry
5. Assisting with various medical receptionist tasks to support the smooth operation of the practice
6. Collaborating with the entire team to ensure a positive patient experience.
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience as a medical receptionist required.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients, colleagues,
and other healthcare professionals in a professional manner
3. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously
4. Proficient in using Best Practice medical software and other computer software's.
5. A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
