Storage Consultant – Sunday to Thursday | Storage Society Forrestdale (WA)

Based at our Forrestdale facility, you’ll work alongside our Centre Manager, supporting customers through real life moments — big, small, stressful or exciting. No two days are the same here, and that’s exactly what makes it rewarding.

We’re open to part-time or full time, with Sunday–Thursday availability essential.

What You’ll Do

- Welcome customers, answer enquiries and recommend the right storage solution
- Conduct site tours, move-ins and general daily operations
- Handle payments, contracts, bookings and administration
- Keep the site tidy, presentable and safe
- Work collaboratively with Tanya and contribute to occupancy/sales goals

What We’re Looking For ✔ Warm, friendly communicator who enjoys helping people

✔ Confident on phone, email and basic computer systems

✔ Reliable, organised, calm under pressure

✔ Retail / sales / hospitality experience valued

✔ Self-storage experience highly regarded, but not required

✔ Manual driver’s licence required (forklift licence a bonus)

Pay & Conditions

- Paid under the General Retail Award – Level 1
- From approx. $26.55/hr + weekend penalty rates
- Saturday/Evenings - $33.19/hr
- Sundays - $39.83/hr

- Higher rate may be offered for experience

- Performance incentives available
- Training provided + long-term growth potential
