- Demonstrated ability to manage daily operations and staff in a busy café workplace, including cooking in a fast paced environment..

- Excellent management, communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including most weekends, school holidays and public holidays.

- Understanding of budgets and financial forecasts.

- Food Safety Certified.
