Boss [Aust] Consulting Pty Ltd is seeking a **reliable and motivated Full-Time Store Manager** to oversee daily operations at **Ampol Wacol**. We have been operating for nearly **20 years** and pride ourselves on excellent customer service, strong compliance, and high store standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the team and deliver excellent customer service
- Staff supervision, training, and fortnightly rostering
- Manage food preparation and coffee service (barista experience preferred)
- Stock ordering, supplier coordination, deliveries, and invoicing
- Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and inventory control




- Safe handling of fuel products
- Daily cash reconciliation and ATM monitoring
- Ensure compliance with **WHS and Food Safety standards**

**Requirements**:

- Diploma qualification (required)
- Console Operator experience - minimum 1 year (required)
- Leadership experience - minimum 1 year (preferred)
- English proficiency and Australian work rights (required)
