We have an exciting opportunity for a **Costing Clerk** to join the team at **Southport Mazda**.

**What the role entails**:

- Providing professional customer service to all customers that include over the phone, walk ins, etc.
- Preparation of repair orders and correct costing of invoice
- Checking of completed repairs




- Effectively manage the administration including pre-checking all repair orders prior to vehicles coming in
- Reconcile daily cash till with relevant cash sales, invoices and receipts

**What we are looking for**:

- Accurate data entry/computer skills
- Great communication skills with an outstanding telephone manner
- Exceptional customer service ethic
- Experience in the automotive industry preferred however not essential
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Current driver's license
