**Insignia**is a leading national distributor of industrial labelling and coding equipment with over 50 years’ experience in the Australian packaging market. We are seeking a **Sales Support Coordinator**to provide exceptional customer service and be the first point of contact for our customers. Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, this role will be integral as a part of our fun & high-performing team, supporting a Business Development Manager to ensure our customers satisfaction! This is a great opportunity for a recent Business Graduate to kick start your career and contribute to our growing sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build a successful working relationship with Key Account Managers (Label Sales) and their customers.
- Efficiently and accurately process all sales quotes, orders and delivery instructions while providing the customer with evidence-based information.
- Liaise with cross-functional team members including Recent Business Development, System Sales, Customer Care, Technical Support, Production and Accounts, to drive solutions for customer issues.

**About you**
- Experience in an internal sales or customer service role.




- Proven ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively in a team environment, as well as autonomously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Possesses a positive, friendly attitude and a solid work ethic.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
