Venue Supervisor - Carlton

We’re looking for a driven and motivated individual who can support the team in delivering exceptional service, managing day-to-day operations, and creating unforgettable guest experiences.

As a Venue Supervisor, you’ll:

- Support the day-to-day operations of the restaurant floor.
- Train and develop FOH and bar staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Manage reservations and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels for smooth operations.
- Implement and uphold Ms Frankie’s brand standards and 'Playbook'.
- Assist with large group bookings and events.
- Actively contribute to achieving venue sales targets.

We’re looking for someone who has:





- Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality and at least 1 year in a supervisory role or higher.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Intermediate knowledge of wine and cocktails.
- A positive, energetic, and can-do attitude.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
