If so, we want you to join our team at the Mile End RAA Shop! You’ll provide immediate and effective solutions to our members, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression.
In addition, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to members and customers.
- Become multi-skilled and able to provide information to recent and existing members about all of RAA’s extensive products including Insurance and Road Service.
- Demonstrate leadership behaviours and uphold organisational values in line with company policy.
- Utilise procedures and guidelines to make good business decisions for RAA and our members.
- Collaborate with a supportive and dynamic team.
**Hours**
Monday
- Friday as well as 1-2 Saturday shifts (9am-12pm) per month paid at an overtime rate.
**About you**
You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. We are also looking for:
- A genuine passion for helping others.
- Proficient with the use of computers.
- Ability to build rapport with members and teammates.
- Solid attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is essential.
