Together, we’re shaping some of WA’s most exciting dining experiences. We’re looking for a **Cross-Venue Duty Manager** to help lead our teams, bring consistency across the board, and deliver unforgettable vibes to our guests - no matter which venue you’re running.

About the Role

What You’ll Do
- Run shifts across all three venues, adapting to different service styles and teams.
- Lead, support and motivate FOH staff during service.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Manage shift reports,



cash handling and stock controls.
- Ensure compliance with RSA, WHS and food safety standards.
- Work closely with Venue Managers and Restaurant Managers to uphold group goals and service standards.

What We’re Looking For
- Hospitality leadership experience (Head Wait Staff level or higher).
- Adaptability; you’re comfortable moving between venues with different vibes.
- A strong communicator and natural people leader.
- Organised, reliable and solution-focused.
- RSA and Approved Managers Card.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and public holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $56,000.00 - $72,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 36 per week
