Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair domestic coffee machines.
- Conduct routine servicing and maintenance to prevent future breakdowns
- Identify and replace faulty parts, including pumps, valves, boilers, and electrical components.
- Perform pressure and temperature adjustments to ensure machines operate optimally.
- Provide excellent customer service and explain repairs or maintenance recommendations.
- Keep detailed service records and report any recurring issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop with proper tools and spare parts inventory.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in coffee machine repairs (domestic) or a relevant technical background in appliance repair.
- Knowledge of major coffee machine brands.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
- Valuable communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
