Trainee Operations Manager – Golden Grove

Join our Golden Grove swim school as a full-time Trainee Operations Manager and kickstart your management career with hands-on experience! You’ll play a key role in running day-to-day operations, mastering the State Swim program, and leading a team dedicated to delivering outstanding experiences for our swimmers and their families.

What We’re Looking For:

- A genuine passion for learning about our brand, programs, and services
- Swimming industry experience (great to have, but not essential)




- A love for working with children and delivering exceptional customer service
- Flexibility and confidence handling a variety of responsibilities
- Strong organisational skills and a natural problem-solver
- A proactive team player who takes initiative
- Availability for one weekend shift per week
