ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently searching for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our close-knit team on a Part time basis at Club Wyong located in Wyong, NSW!

As a Chef, your role will consist of preparing and cooking a variety of dining options whilst maintaining the highest standards and executing high quality, wholesome and well-presented meals for our customers to ensure that we continue to create memorable experiences.

More specifically, some of your key duties will include:




Manage efficient and high-quality food preparation
Maintain presentation and consistency of food served
Service and prepare for all bistro and function meals
Monitoring of stock levels and complete stock rotations
Ensure compliance to food handling practices and general cleaning duties
Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of food quality

ABOUT YOU

To be successful for this role, you should have the following:
Previous experience working in a kitchen
Hold a Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery
Food Handling certificate
Be self-disciplined and a team player
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to work a flexible roster, which includes days, nights, weekends and public holidays
