Our Service is on the lookout for a passionate, creative and dedicated Lead Educator for our 3-4yrs (Collaborators) room and for our 18mths -2.5yrs (Adventurers) room willing to make a lasting impact and lead a dedicated team.

- Someone with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or an equivalent as recognized by ACECQA).-
- A current and valid blue card.-
- First Aid & CPR certificate.Skills and Attributes- In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS) to ensure quality practices and outcomes for children.-
- Capability to guide, mentor and provide direction to other educators in the room or setting.-
- Experience in designing,
implementing and assessing educational programs that cater to the individual needs of children.-
- Foster positive relationships with children, families and colleagues to promote a collaborative environment.-
- Previous experience in a Lead Educator, Room Leader or similar role in an early childhood setting.-
- Ability to create an environment where all children, including those with additional needs can thrive and learn.-
- Ability to work in partnership with other educators, support staff and external professionals to enhance children's learning and wellbeing.-
- Proficiency in using relevant software for children's documentation, communication with families and educational planning.Join the Team at Busy Bees Burpengary East!
