Journey Early Learning Kawana is seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Educator to join our Nursery team in a permanent part time role (Monday–Friday). You will lead engaging, play-based learning experiences, support educator development, and build strong relationships with families in a safe, inclusive, and high-quality early learning environment.

Our 151-place, two-building service offers a warm, community-focused environment with 9 rooms and 6 outdoor playgrounds designed for exploration and discovery.

Your role:
Lead and deliver engaging play-based programs
Mentor and support educators
Maintain health, safety, and compliance standards
Oversee Storypark documentation
Build strong family partnerships
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
About you:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis
Valid Blue Card
Experience leading early learning programs
Strong communication and documentation skills
Confident mentoring and teamwork abilities
Passion for early childhood education
