Procare’s Investigations Division are actively seeking an **Operations Manager** to join our growing Victorian Investigations team, located at our **Burnley** office. This position presents an excellent prospect for a high calibre individual with demonstrated experience, tenacity and a commitment to a demanding & busy role.

The role includes tasks such as:

- Liaison with the VIC State Manager and wider team including National Portfolio Managers while assuming full responsibility for Victoria’s operational requirements;
- Overseeing the team’s day to day Investigation performance deliverables, ensuring consistent timely and customer focused service delivery;
- Driving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity and client satisfaction, particularly for our large government and insurance Scheme contracts; and
- Ensuring operations comply with relevant regulations and standards to ensure quality work is delivered & compliance standards are maintained across all Schemes.

**About You**:

- Demonstrated operations experience within relevant sectors such as personal injury insurance, legal/law, financial services, fraud/criminal, TAC or workplace investigations;
- **Strong customer service ethic is a must**, through managing internal and external stakeholders;
- A drive for **divisional growth**, including an ability to prepare internal management reports and external reports in line with our SLAs and client requirements;
- Support & assist investigators in their roles,



identify opportunities to enhance operational performance of the team and a dedication to achieving performance metrics;
- An ability to work with others effectively to obtain desired outcomes, demonstrate initiative and assert professional judgement as required;
- Have a keen interest in insurance investigations, cyber, litigation or fraud/risk management.
