**What You’ll Bring**
- A **Certificate III** in Aged Care, Individual Support, or a relevant qualification
- ** 4-5 years’ experience** in aged care, with mentoring or leadership experience highly regarded
- Strong **communication and interpersonal skills**:





- Ability to **follow individualised care plans** and escalate concerns appropriately
- Excellent **problem-solving, time management**, and multitasking abilities
- A **professional, confidential**, and team-oriented approach
- Genuine **passion** for delivering compassionate, resident-focused care
