Looking for a long term Head Chef to fit into our Family Business, small friendly country town.
Start Date - 18th July 2018 Wednesday (trial before start date required)
Must be experienced and have all relevant qualifications. We can serve between 30 to 130 quality meals per sitting.
Meals offered 12-2 6-8.30 7 days per week ( work 5 days per week)
Job entails being in charge of ordering and preparing budget , prep, menu and specials, training and supervising of kitchen staff, cleaning of kitchen and dinning room,
communication with respect to all other staff members Owners/Managers and most importantly our customers. Honesty and Hygene. Preparing and cooking quality meals.
Hard working with sense of humour would be a great asset
Permanent Full time Salary.
