Traverse Alpine Group is seeking talented and enthusiastic Hairdressers to join our team for the Winter Season 2026 at Falls Creek. Responsibilities

- Deliver professional hairdressing services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments to a diverse clientele.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and offer expert advice on hairstyles suited to their needs.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the salon area and ensure tools and equipment are sanitized.
- Keep abreast of current hair trends and techniques to offer up-to-date services.
- Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all clients to enjoy their salon experience.
- Recommend and retail hair care products to promote client satisfaction and retention.
- Work collaboratively with the broader Traverse Alpine Group team to ensure excellent guest experiences.

Requirements

- Previous experience working as a Hairdresser, ideally in a fast-paced or seasonal environment.
- Strong skills in cutting, coloring, styling, and hair treatments.




- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to variable workloads.
- Relevant hairdressing qualifications or certifications.
- Availability to work full-time during the Winter Season 2026 at Falls Creek.
- Positive attitude, team player, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
