The Role:

As a Support Worker in Balcatta, WA, you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities, including showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, medication monitoring, shopping, meal preparation, housekeeping, respite care, social support, and transportation to appointments.

This client requires personal care assistance on Mondays and Thursdays, 9am-10am. At this stage, support hours are limited; however, there is potential for an increase in hours in the future as the client becomes more familiar and comfortable with their carer.

Also, our clients in the area receive care most days of the week so there is the opportunity to pick up shifts on other days to build up your hours.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Clearance Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Smartphone
- Must have experience in Aged Care.
