Join the agile team at Conroy Removals as a Sales Consultant, based at our Head Office in Petrie. In this full time role, you’ll play a key part in driving sales performance while delivering an exceptional, stress-free experience for our customers.
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers planning their move – guiding them through the process, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that make moving easy.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing inbound enquiries for domestic and international removal services
- Scheduling pre-move assessments
- Conducting virtual assessments
- Support with conducting onsite assessments
- Providing consultative advice to recommend the best moving solutions
- Preparing clear, accurate quotations and estimates
- Proactively following up quotes to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Coordinating bookings with operations and ensuring a smooth handover to the customer service team
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on sales activity and performance
- Collaborating with the wider team to improve conversion rates and customer experience

- Experience in sales or customer service (removals or logistics experience a bonus)
