An exciting prospect has occurred for a Store Manager to join our team at DFO Moorabbin, VIC.
As a Store Manager at Johnny Bigg you are responsible for providing a shopping environment where our team delivers exceptional customer service. We are looking for people who truly care about our customer & are willing to go the extra mile for them.

Job tasks and responsibilities:
The Store Manager will take ownership in managing the store in order to achieve:
Outstanding customer service & product knowledge with every single customer.
Sales budgets and other nominated Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
Responsibility for your team’s recruitment, development and performance.
Visual merchandising according to company directives.
Stock management.
Minimize shrinkage and maximize the profit contribution of the store.
Lead, coach and mentor your team to success.
