About the Role

MPG Group Pty Ltd is seeking reliable, physically fit, and experienced warehouse workers to join our small team. You will assist with picking, packing, cutting, and preparing aluminium building products for despatch in a clean, organised warehouse.

Working Hours

- Monday to Friday, 5:00am – 1:00pm (flexible start, but earlier is preferred)
- Early finish 12:00pm Monday & Friday
- Overtime available during peak periods

Key Responsibilities

- Pick, pack, cut, and prepare aluminium stock for orders
- Label and audit orders before despatch
- Assist with receiving, organising, and storing inventory
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
- Assist with general warehouse maintenance as required

Essential Requirements





- Minimum 2 years warehouse experience handling building materials or similar heavy products
- Physically fit
- Reliable transport and able to arrive for early morning starts
- Live within 25-40 minutes of Lytton (4178)
- Strong attention to detail and work well in a team
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Australian citizen or permanent resident

Highly Regarded But Not A Requirement

- Forklift licence (LF)
- Experience with aluminium, steel, timber, or construction materials
