Salary: 80K -100k Super Car Allowance Commission (Negotiable based on experience)

Due to continuous business growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our dynamic team.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a confident, organised and customer-oriented Senior Property Manager to oversee a quality residential portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a supportive environment, enjoys building long-term relationships, and is ready to take the next step in their property management career.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a well-maintained residential property portfolio independently
- Conduct routine inspections, ingoing/outgoing inspections and prepare condition reports
- Handle lease renewals, rent reviews and tenancy agreements
- Liaise with landlords, tenants and tradespeople in a skilled manner
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs efficiently
- Manage arrears and ensure compliance with legislation
- Attend tribunal hearings when required
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members
- Maintain excellent customer service and uphold company standards
About You
- Minimum 2 years' experience in residential property management
- Current NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
- Confident in using property management software (Property Tree, PropertyMe or similar)
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- A reliable and proactive mindset
- A valid driver's licence
- Must have Australian Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship
