As a Production Manager, you will drive daily production outputs across both AM and PM teams, maintain processes and documentation for quality systems, coordinate preventive maintenance for machines and equipment, report on Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and be involved in upcoming projects. This is a permanent full-time position working from our Banksmeadow site from Monday to Friday. Weekend work may be required from time-to-time. You will report to the Head of Supply Chain to drive continuous process improvements to support our year-on-year growth, providing our café and Woolworths partners with the Campos coffee they love!

As a Production Manager, you will:

- Lead, coach, and mentor two team leaders and oversee up to 12 production staff across both AM and PM teams.
- Ensure daily production schedules are being adhered to.




- Coordinate with the roastery department to ensure production targets are met.
- Coordinate any maintenance, repairs, and/or servicing of machines or equipment.
- Ensure all safety and quality systems are maintained and reported.
- Lead reporting on Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and present insights back to the team.
- Help drive and lead the continuous improvement culture within the production team.

For this role as a Production Manager, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

- You hold 5 or more years of experience within a similar production position.
- You have people leadership experience and are able to coach and mentor the team.
- Experience within food or beverage manufacturing will be highly regarded.
- You understand quality systems such as food safety, HACCP, ISO, and/or similar.
- Experience working with an ERP, such as Sage or SAP, will be highly regarded.
- You have experience working on CAPEX projects and leading continuous improvement activities.
- You have previous management experience.




- You hold valid AU working rights.
