We have a great opportunity for a Procurement Coordinator to join our dedicated team based onsite at our Head Office located at Springfield Central. Hybrid working arrangements are available for this role.

As the Procurement Coordinator, you will be responsible for undertaking the full cycle of procurement duties for your allocated contract.

**In your recent role, you will**:

- Be accountable for procurement transactions to ensure accurate, ethical, and legal obligations are met in a timely manner
- Immediately identify, mitigate, and escalate procurement/supply risks to the Financial Controller
- Maintain auditable documentation in alignment with the Goods and Services Purchases Policy and company procedures
- Be responsible for vender onboarding and management




- Perform weekly open order monitoring and reporting as required
- Perform cost effective procurement practices to assist with inventory and budget control.
- Liaise with freight forwarders where applicable, ensuring they have documents required to export purchased goods
- Work closely with the logistics team where applicable to ensure prompt delivery of procured goods and services

**To be successful, you will have**:

- Demonstrated experience in a Procurement Coordinator role
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Suite at an intermediate level
- Experience using NetSuite (desired, not essential)
- Facilities Management experiences (desired, not essential)
- Flexibility to work across various contracts as required
- Ability to occasionally travel interstate or internationally on an as-needed basis
- Evidence that you are vaccinated against COVID-19 (double vaccinated)
