**What We're Looking For**:2 x Service Delivery Coordinators

This position will be accountable for managing the day-to-day operational requirements for our Reservoir Depot.

**You Will**:

- Confirm attendance of all drivers in accordance with designated roster
- Provide effective instruction to drivers to ensure operational outcomes are achieved
- Complete timesheets and maintain payroll data to capture operational activities of the day
- Address driver performance - providing feedback, coaching,



referral to training, or counselling as required
- Submit uniform orders.

**About You**:

- Experience within a similar supervisory role
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and decision making ability
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Positive administrative skills.
