We’re now seeking an experienced and driven Sales Principal to lead the sales success of our new Bentleigh East development, focusing on achieving solid off-the-plan results and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role
As the Sales Principal for Bentleigh East, you’ll take ownership of the full sales process, driving revenue, deposits and settlements for this premium new community. You’ll build genuine relationships with customers, guiding them through their purchase journey from first enquiry to settlement, ensuring each interaction reflects Levande’s “Everyday Exceptional” promise.
Working closely with the Development, Marketing and Operations teams, you’ll provide valuable input into pricing, release strategies and sales campaigns, contributing to the overall project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end sales process from enquiry through to settlement for the Bentleigh development.
- Achieve or exceed revenue, deposit and settlement targets.
- Build trusted relationships with purchasers, project teams and key stakeholders.
- Contribute to sales strategy, pricing, release planning and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate CRM data (Salesforce)



and deliver timely insights and reports.
- Mentor and coach Sales Professionals where applicable.
- Represent Levande with professionalism, care and integrity in every interaction.

About You
You’re a seasoned property professional with deep experience in off-the-plan residential sales, ideally within retirement living, land lease or residential development. You combine commercial acumen with empathy, integrity and a genuine passion for helping people find their ideal home and lifestyle.
**You’ll also bring**:

- 7+ years’ experience in real estate sales with proven project sell-down results.
- Current real estate licence and understanding of off-the-plan sales processes.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including knowledge of feasibility and pricing models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM (preferred).
