We are currently seeking to employ a Suite & Villa Host to join our busy Concierge department. The role of a Host is to attend to all requirements of our VIPs and guests accommodated in our Villas and Suites.
The successful applicant must have:
- Previous experience in this role or a similar role
- The ability to provide a very high standard of customer service
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including,
weekends, nights and public holidays
- Be fit and healthy with the ability to lift heavy luggage
- Qualified communication and written skills as well as a strong work ethic
- Meticulous presentation and grooming standards
- Current Australian or International Drivers License – Manual
