AIIMS Group Pty Ltd is seeking a **Full-Time AI Video Editor** to join our growing team in New South Wales.

This role is perfect for someone with a passion for both video editing and artificial intelligence. You’ll be based in our Strathfield South studio/office, working on editing videos with the assistance of advanced AI technologies, ensuring high-quality content for clients across various industries.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. AI-Powered Video Editing & Creative Content Creation**
- Edit raw footage using AI-driven editing tools to create high-quality videos, including:

- Branding and lifestyle videos
- Corporate team and workplace videos
- Product videos
- Events and activations
- Social media video content
- Leverage AI technologies to speed up editing processes, such as automatic scene recognition, color grading, and audio enhancements.
- Ensure AI-edited videos align with clients' goals, brand guidelines, and creative vision.

**2. Editing, Delivery & Asset Management**
- Utilize AI tools to automate parts of the editing process while maintaining creative control over the final product.
- Deliver videos in appropriate formats for web, ads, and social media platforms.
- Organize and upload final video assets to AIIMS systems and client folders.
- Ensure smooth workflow and reliable turnaround times for video projects.

**3. Collaboration & Client Experience**




- Work closely with account managers, designers, and the marketing team to align video content with campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and brand, ensuring the AI-edited videos reflect their needs and expectations.
- Provide creative input to enhance AI-edited content, making it engaging and on-brand.

**4. Planning & Organisation**
- Manage video project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain and organize video editing files and AI-generated assets efficiently.
- Keep AI editing software and systems up-to-date for optimal performance.

**5. AI Content Support (Bonus)**
- Support monthly content creation for AIIMS marketing platforms, editing AI-assisted video clips or promotional content as needed.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Relevant qualification in Video Production, Media, Creative Arts, or similar (preferred but not essential if experience is strong).
- Minimum 2 years of video editing experience with AI-driven editing tools or technologies (commercial, studio, or onsite work).
- Portfolio demonstrating proficiency with AI video editing tools and strong editing skills.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong understanding of AI in video editing, including AI-based tools for scene recognition, color grading, sound design, and video optimization.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or other AI-enhanced editing tools.
- Strong attention to detail with a creative problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients.
- Explicit and professional communication.
