**AIIMS Group Pty Ltd | Full-Time Video Editor (NSW)**

**Location**: Studio/Office based in Strathfield South, Sydney

AIIMS Group Pty Ltd is seeking a **Full-Time Video Editor** to join our growing team in New South Wales.

This role is perfect for someone who excels in video editing, enjoys creative projects, and wants to contribute to a wide variety of video content across different industries. You’ll be based in our Strathfield South studio/office, where you will focus on editing videos captured by the production team, ensuring high-quality content for clients across various sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Video Editing & Creative Content Creation**
- Edit raw footage into high-quality, polished videos, including:

- Branding and lifestyle videos
- Corporate team and workplace videos
- Product videos
- Events and activations
- Social media video content
- Ensure videos align with clients' goals, brand guidelines, and vision.

**2. Editing, Delivery & Asset Management**
- Edit and deliver final video content in the appropriate formats for web, ads, and social media platforms.
- Organize and upload final video assets to AIIMS systems and client folders.
- Maintain a smooth workflow and reliable turnaround times for video edits.

**3. Collaboration & Client Experience**
- Work with account managers, designers, and the marketing team to align video content with campaign objectives.




- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and brand, ensuring content reflects their needs.
- Provide creative input to elevate the videos, making them engaging and on-brand.

**4. Planning & Organisation**
- Manage video project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain and organize video editing files and assets efficiently.
- Keep editing software and systems updated for maximum efficiency.

**5. Video Content Support (Bonus)**
- Support the creation of monthly content for AIIMS marketing platforms, editing short clips or promotional videos as needed.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Relevant qualification in Video Production, Media, Creative Arts, or similar (preferred but not essential if experience is strong).
- Minimum 2 years of video editing experience (commercial, studio, or onsite work).
- Portfolio demonstrating strong video editing and production skills.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong video editing skills (lighting, composition, direction).
- Proficiency with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Solid attention to detail with creative problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients.
- Clear and professional communication.

Pay: $50,576.97 - $80,000.00 per year
