CCGT is looking for a motivated 1st Year Apprentice Mechanic to join our Host Employer in Wyong.

You will be employed by CCGT, supported by our team, and placed with a local dealership where you can learn on the job and build confidence.

- Role: 1st Year Apprentice Mechanic (1 position)
- Location: Wyong, Central Coast
- Start: ASAP
- Hours: Full-time 38 hours per week
- Roster: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:06pm plus overtime as required
- Qualification: Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology
- Licence or transport: Driver licence required, own vehicle preferred

About the role

This is a great opportunity if you are mechanically minded and keen to learn in a professional workshop setting.

What you will be doing:

- Helping keep the workshop clean and presentable




- Assisting tradespeople and technicians
- Learning vehicle servicing and express maintenance
- Building skills in diagnostics and repairs across multiple brands as you progress
- Working some weekends and overtime during the week when required

Host Employer

You will be placed with a trusted automotive dealership in Wyong that supports the local community across vehicle sales, servicing, parts, finance and accessories.

This workplace suits someone who is keen on cars, enjoys hands-on work and wants to be part of a fast-paced team that takes pride in quality service.

About you

You do not need to know everything on day one.

What matters most is that you show up, listen, ask questions and keep improving.
