Key Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a variety of bread, rolls, and pastries to the highest quality standards.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment checks are completed before every shift.
Follow health and safety guidelines with care and professionalism.
Accurately weigh and measure ingredients, mix and knead dough, and operate bakery equipment safely.
Oversee the full baking process — from shaping dough to baking, cooling, icing, and decorating.
Monitor oven temperatures and product appearance to determine optimal baking times.
Work efficiently to ensure all customer and store orders are completed on time.
Communicate with the Bakery Manager to maintain supply levels and support smooth daily operations.
Collaborate with your team to achieve daily targets while delivering consistently outstanding results.
Uphold Bakers Delight’s high standards of product quality and presentation.
Assist in maintaining cost controls and supporting the bakery’s overall profitability.

Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Ability to be available for work across the 7 days of the week

Previous bakery experience in commercial kitchen is a bonus, but we’re happy to train the right person.
