Guillotine Operator - Print Finishing

Full-time | Day Shift | Immediate Start Available

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Guillotine Operator to join our Production team. If you’re passionate about accuracy, take pride in your work, and want to be part of a energetic, growing business, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate guillotine cutting machines to trim printed materials to precise specifications
Read and interpret job bags and ensure finished work meets quality standards
Maintain and clean equipment according to maintenance schedules
Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a clean, productive workspace
Work collaboratively with the finishing team to meet production targets and deadlines





What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience operating a guillotine in a commercial print environment
Experience with Polar guillotine machines is highly desirable
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
Willingness to learn and operate other finishing equipment (e.g. folders, laminators, binding machines)
