The home of Mazda is experiencing consistent growth and to keep up with demand we are looking for an experienced Automotive Master Diagnostic Technician to join the team at Mount Gravatt Mazda.

The successful applicant will:
Possess superior knowledge and experience in diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical concerns, preferably, but not necessarily, on Mazda vehicles
Have a minimum of 5 years experience completing reports and raising technical cases
Liaise with Mazda Technical Support team to ensure all vehicles are repaired correctly
Liaise with, and carrying out test drives with customers to analyse vehicle issues
Have robust attention to detail
Be driven,
show initiative and determination
Have a professional attitude
Possess Exceptional communication skills with a focus on building long-term relationships with customers
Have Immaculate personal presentation
Be reliable and have a positive attitude
Have a strong ability to work within a large agile team
Hold a Trade Qualification (Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent)
Be willing to participate in ongoing training and learning new skills
Hold a current manual driver's license (Queensland)
