Only About Children Newport are excited to welcome a Room Leader to join our Nursery or Toddler Room for 2025! You will work closely with the wider team, and have the prospect to collaborate with experienced Early Childhood professionals in delivering an amazing curriculum. As a room leader, you will mentor and guide your colleagues in best practice for our children, as well as collaborate with the leadership team and wider OAC network.
You will support in preparing and delivering age-appropriate activities for children with safety and wellbeing in mind.
You will supervise and interact with the children as well as leading group times and facilitating opportunities for children to learn through play.
You will document children's learning using Storypark and share/collaborate your programming cycle with your team.
