About the role
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Childcare Centre Manager to work with us on a full time basis. You will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Managing the day to day operations of the centre
Providing leadership and guidance to all staff
Recruiting, inducting and supporting current team members
Developing effective relationships with parents including opportunities to discuss and understand the child’s individual progress
Encouraging parents to become involved with centre initiatives
Ensuring that room leads maintain a well-organised, and attractive prepared environment consistent with Montessori pedagogy




Ensuring that the centre is compliant with all State Legislation and National Quality Standards
Building and engaging with local communities, creating strong ties and relationships with the community
Reviewing key performance indicators for the centre on a regular basis, with a focus on revenue, debts, wages and attendance
Attending staff meetings and career development sessions

Key Selection Criteria
At least two years of relevant and recent work experience
A closely-related Bachelor degree or at least five years of relevant work in lieu of a qualification
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to motivate and lead a team

Salary: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:
8 hour shift

Australia (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
Mascot, NSW 2020 (required)

Ability to Relocate:
Mascot, NSW 2020: Relocate before starting work (required)
