With the launch of Martin & Co Plumbing and continued growth across both divisions, we are looking for an experienced Accounts & Revenue Officer to join our team.

This is a high-volume role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and takes pride in keeping accounts organised, invoices flowing and cash coming into the business.

Full Time Position

Monday to Friday

Based in our Wangara office.

About The Role

You will be responsible for managing invoicing, debtors and accounts administration across both our Electrical and Plumbing divisions.

This role is critical to the success of the business and plays a major part in maintaining cash flow and supporting our growing team.

Your responsibilities will include

- Processing and issuing invoices promptly

- Reviewing completed jobs and ensuring invoices are accurate

- Managing debtors and following up overdue accounts

- Phone calls and email communication regarding outstanding invoices

- Liaising with customers regarding payment queries

- Monitoring payment terms and debtor reports

- Supporting the office team with general administration when required

- Assisting with reporting and financial administration





What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

- Has previous accounts or bookkeeping experience

- Is confident chasing overdue invoices and collecting payment

- Has excellent phone and communication skills

- Is highly organised and detail orientated

- Can manage a high volume workload

- Is confident dealing with customers, property managers, strata managers and commercial clients

- Takes ownership and follows tasks through to completion

- Can work independently and as part of a team

Highly Regarded

- Experience within an electrical, plumbing or trade-based business

- Experience with ServiceM8

- Accounts receivable and debtor management experience

- High volume invoicing experience
